The skin is speckled with moles, warts, freckles or brown spots, which are quite natural phenomena. For some they can be an asset by giving certain charm, for others they are very annoying. Here’s how to remove warts, skin tags, and fade age spots naturally. You can find in all pharmacies and beauty stores many products (often chemical) that radically treat warts and other skin blemishes. And chemical means irritating, aggressive and harmful. The most effective way to treat warts and brown spots smoothly without chemicals and without cosmetic surgery is with natural remedies.


They affect 60 million Americans and are viral. They are caused by HPV. Often they are benign. The treatments used are gels containing salicylic acid but there are better and more natural ways.


Garlic is most effective to treat warts because of its strong antiviral potency, and it takes only two weeks. Rub some crashed garlic on your wart and put a bandage on it. Rinse the next day and repeat every night and morning.


The banana peel contains salicylic acid that will help dry out the wart. Once dry, it falls. Rub your wart with the inside of a banana skin every night before going to bed. Do it for two weeks and the wart will disappear.

Pure honey

Skin tags

Castor oil and Baking soda

This mixture is extremely effective in treating skin tags. It dries the tissue making the skin tag fall after 2 weeks. Mix equal parts of castor oil and baking soda and apply the paste on the area by fixing it with a bandage. Make the treatment 2-3 times a day.

Tea tree essential oil

This oil is antiviral and fights HPV also responsible for herpes. Dilute a few drops of this oil in a little vegetable oil. Soak a cotton ball and apply it on your skin tag and bandage it. Repeat this treatment 2 to 3 times a day until the skin tag falls off.

Brown spots

These spots are due to aging and/or overexposure to the sun. This is hyperpigmentation of the skin that can be treated naturally.


Onion acts as a whitening agent since it contains compounds which can reduce the pigmentation of the skin and fade imperfections while homogenizing the skin tone. Apply onion juice on the spots with a cotton swab and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse. Repeat this treatment daily until the dark spots fade and disappear.


Lemon has a strong whitening power. Dilute some lemon juice with a little water to avoid irritating the skin and then put a little of this mixture on the spots at a rate of once a day, preferably at night. Please do not expose to sunlight right after aplication because lemon is photosensitizing. Remember to moisturize the skin afterwards.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is well known for removing stains and repair damaged skin. It acts on the skin by stopping the production of melanin. This action is possible because vitamin C blocks the tyrosinase, an enzyme that controls the production of melanin. Consume vitamin C orally for better efficiency while seeking advice from your doctor.
