Recipe: Breakfast with oats and Chia seeds
- 1 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds
- 500ml water
In a bowl, place the water, cinnamon and vanilla. Then, put on the heat until it boils. Once it starts boiling, reduce and add the oats. Let cook for a few minutes and remove. Cover and leave for 5 minutes to soak. Finally, at the end add honey, salt and stir well. You can also add fruits such as apples, bananas, strawberries, cherries, etc.
