  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chamomile

  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar


Mix these herbs and pour them in boiling water. Add the apple cider vinegar and let it stand for 10 about minutes. Then strain.
