When combined together lemon and garlic are highly powerful. They can lower cholesterol levels in the blood, clean clogged arteries, and improve circulation.

When there are high cholesterol levels, it means that the LDL cholesterol has been accumulated in the main arteries that lead to possible heart attacks or other heart diseases. There are many products which can help you in the fight against these diseases. However, it would be much better to struggle such diseases with natural remedies that do not have side effects. For this reason you should better include lemon and garlic into your everyday diet to provide you with better circulation and have healthier cardiovascular system.

We have two ways of preparation on garlic and lemon.

Recipe # 1


  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar;
  • 1 cup of fresh lemon juice;
  • 1 cup of garlic juice;
  • 1 cup of ginger juice.

How to prepare it: place the ingredients in a pot and boil them for 30 minutes. When you are done, let it cool off and add 3 cups of organic honey. Stir until it dissolves, and store it into a glass jar, keeping it in the fridge. Take 1 tbsp. of the solution each day before breakfast.

Recipe # 2


  • 30 cloves of garlic;
  • 6 lemons.

How to prepare it: peel the ingredients and cut them into pieces. Place them in a blender and pour the solutions into a pot. Add 2 liters of water, bringing it to boil. Stir it well until it starts to boil, and afterwards. Cook it 5 more minutes on low heat. Finally, store it in a glass jar and keep it in the fridge. Consume it for 3 weeks, then make a pause of 1 week, and continue 3 more weeks (6 weeks in total). Take 50 ml of it daily. Take it 2 times a year (in each half of the year).
