- 4 lemons
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 ginger root (of about 2 cm)
First, mix the radish and the ginger in a blender. Then, squeeze the lemon juice and add it into the blender. Blend it all from 2 to 3 minutes. In the end, add the 3 tablespoons of honey and the 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Mix everything again well to obtain the syrup. When you’re done, store your healthy syrup in a glass bottle and it’s ready for consumption!
