You’ve maybe read about Rudolf Breuss by now. He was an Austrian doctor best known for his dedication to find a natural cure against cancer.
He dedicated many years of study and developed a 42 day juicing diet designed to kill developing cancer cells. It was introduced in 1980 and he claimed that more than 45,000 patients have reportedly found this treatment successful.
People without cancer have also tried the diet, sometimes for as little as one week and they have all reported significant positive health effects like:
- Improved sleep
- Increased energy
- Reduced risk of cold and flu
The patients who want to start using this diet, shouldn’t eat any solid foods for 42 days, according to the book “The Breuss Cancer Cure”. Instead, vegetables are turned into juice.
One serving of the recipe requires:
- 1 beet
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stick
- Half a potato
- 1 radish
Juice and strain the ingredients to remove any chunks.
