HOW TO USE BAKING SODA FOR GORGEOUS FACE AND SKIN

Skin problems can be very persistent and difficult to treat. Luckily, there’s a simple, but very effective remedy that can easily help you and that’s baking soda! It’s one of the best exfoliates and takes good care of the top skin layer, by removing all toxins and dead skin cells, as well as regenerating the skin. It does not cause any irritation and acts mildly onto the skin.

People have used it for many years as the perfect home remedy for treating rashes, skin ailments and performing peelings. Here, we’ll present you several different ways in which backing soda can help you skin grow healthier and better.

  • Baking Soda and Water

This is a mix which is particularly good for cleansing your skin and removing dead skin tissue. It also keeps your skin safe at the same time. Mix some baking soda and warm water to create a paste. Wash your face with warm water and then apply the paste on face by using circular movements. In a short time, rinse your face with lukewarm water and dry it off well.

You can also mix baking soda with ground oats. Combine equal parts of water, baking soda and ground oats and apply this mixture on your face using circular movements. This mix is great for both exfoliating and removing dark skin circles. Avoid eye contact when you’re using the treatments! When you’re finished, wash it off with warm water and you’ll notice that your skin will instantly become clear and fresh!

  • Baking Soda and Lemon

This remedy serves is a natural skin disinfector and removes age spots as well as evens out the skin complexion. Combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 2 tablespoons of granulated brown sugar into a cup. Add lemon juice to ¼ of the cup.

Mix this well and apply it on minimally wet skin after washing your face,. Let the remedy act for 10 minutes and wash with lukewarm water afterwards.

 

  • Baking Soda and Coconut Oil

Coconut oil can do wonders for your skin and give it the needed moisture and hydration. It also prevents inflammation. Combine equal amounts of baking soda and coconut oil.

If you have a sensitive skin, increase the amount of coconut oil. Apply the formed paste directly on your skin. Keep it on for several minutes and then remove it with lukewarm water.
