Pumpkin soup

Try This Weight Loss Magic Soup! You Won`t Regret!

Ingredients:

  • 1 middle sized pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • 3 cups of basic chicken soup

Preparation:

  • First clean and add salt and pepper over the pumpkin. Add olive oil over each piece of pumpkin. Bake them at 200 °C for 35 minutes.
  • At the same time, cook onion and garlic with coconut oil. Then add the ginger and the other spices. Add the chicken soup.
  • Leave the mixture to boil until the pumpkin is ready. Add the pieces of baked pumpkin in the soup and boil them together for 10 minutes.
  • At the end spill the soup in a blender and mix it. You will get amazing orange soup!
