The main source of helicobacter is still unknown but there are ways to protects yourself from it. Wash your hand often and drink water from safe sources only. If you feel like you have the bacterium, make an appointment with your doctor for a thorough examination. Problems like this can be difficult, especially if they can affect you social or work life.
