There are many people that are unaware of the symptoms of certain conditions and diseases. 1. Count the taste buds in order to test the risk of cancer
You will need to put blue food coloring on a pad and swab this on your tongue. Use a magnifying glass and count how many blue dots are present in the front part of the tongue. In case of more than 20 blue dots you should know that you have superior sense for taste. In fact, this might not be as good as it sounds. Often this is a sign of increased risk for developing certain types of cancer. You should consume vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and spouts in order to protect yourself against cancer. Also if you want to neutralize the sense of taste you should consume potatoes or rice.
2. Squeezing the legs in order to test the intake of salt
You will need to press gently in 3-4 places along your legs. Use your thumbs, and if the area remains white for few seconds you should know that you have fluid retention. In order to solve this issue you will need to reduce the consumption of salt and processed foods. This way you will manage to eliminate the sodium which is responsible for water retention.
3. Push the fingers in order to check the level of iron
You should hold the hand with your palm up. Next, press the fingers back and if it turns pale and the lines on the hand are white you should know that your body is deficient in iron. In order to be 100% sure about this you should do blood tests. You could treat iron deficiency by consuming green leafy veggies and red meat.
4. Nutrient absorption
You could test the nutrient absorption by trying to burp. In order to do so you will need to drink one glass of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of baking soda. If you notice that you burp immediately it is a sign that you don’t have any health issues. In case you don’t, you should know that the levels of acid in the body is low and it is not absorbing the needed nutrients from the food that you consume.
5. Check your vision
You could check your vision by reading a license plate from distance. If you notice that you can easily read it that means you don’t have any vision problems, In case you see blurriness you should pay a visit to your doctor for extra tests.
6. Check the levels of cholesterol
In order to do so you will need to look under the eyes. If you notice flat yellow bumps on the skin above and below the eyes you should know that your levels of cholesterol are increased. You should consult with your doctor if you notice this.
7. Food intolerance
In case you notice that you bloat after consuming certain foods you should try and measure the pulse. If you notice that the pulse beats 100 times per minute you are most probably intolerant to that food. In such situations you should avoid consuming that food because it might also trigger allergies and allergic reactions.
8. Test the lungs
You should light a candle and stay away from it for 3 feet. Breathe deeply and sharply, and see whether the candle has been out. If you notice any symptoms of asthma or night-time coughing you should know that your lungs are not as flexible as they are supposed to be. 9. Test for candida

10. Strength of the pelvic floor
You should sit and clench the pelvic floor muscles for 10 seconds, and afterwards release and clench them again until you cannot do it anymore. In case you are unable to do at least 10 clenches you should know that your pelvic floor is weak. Often this leads to sexual issues, and in order to strengthen it you should tighten the buttock and draw it up until the pelvic floor muscles up until the tummy starts to hollow inwards. Hold this position for 6 seconds and repeat it 6 times per day.
