All people usually clean their ears using ear buds. They remove dirt and wax with them, but the harsh truth is that they can actually be more harmful than useful. Numerous medical experts claim that the cotton buds can cause us some serious health issues if we use them very often, and they can also lead to some obstruction and inflammation. Dr. David Gill claims that we should not remove earwax by using force, and he recommends some other efficient ways instead.
SO, HOW DOES THIS METHOD WORK?
This doctor recommends removing earwax buildup with some ingredients that we probably all have in our kitchens. First, soften the earwax with some oil. Soak a piece of cotton in some oil and place it in the ear gently without pushing it.
Shake your head just like you do it when you try to remove some water from your ear after swimming in order to help the earwax to start moving towards the outer canal. In three minutes, apply a few drops of oil in the ear.
If this method doesn’t have effect on you, prepare a solution made of vinegar and medicinal alcohol in equal ratio, and wash your ears with it.
Next time you decide to clean your ears, try not to use cotton buds! Try some of these natural methods instead! You’ll be amazed by the results very quickly!
