The recipe we’re presenting you today is for a Tibetan medicine that was found in a traditional Tibetan monastery, written on clay tablets.
Scientists assume that it was written more than 2,000 years ago and was used against triglycerides, cholesterol and calcareous deposits on the blood vessels, as well as for longevity.
This ancient Tibetan medicine also improves the elasticity of blood vessels (preventing the cracking of blood vessels, and thus the flow of blood); it prevents heart attacks, brain and angina pectoris. It can also prevent cancer, improve eyesight and rejuvenate the body.
First, finely grind 300 grams of garlic and 1 kilogram of lemon rind.
Then, boil 1.5 liters of water and then reduce the heat and add the milled garlic and lemon but cover the container.
This mixture should be boiled exclusively on low heat for 14-15 minutes (and not longer than that). Then, remove it from heat and leave it to cool. The Tibetan medicine should be poured and stored in a covered glass container (jar).
Take 0.5 dl of this medicine on an empty stomach every morning for 25 days. Make sure you make a break of 10 days, and then repeat the process to improve the situation of your health. Then stop using the medicine.
Note: Adhere to the daily dose of the medicine strictly and make a break of 10 days between the two treatments! After the healing, do not take the medicine, unless there is health deterioration!
Healthy people who take the medicine so that they can improve the general state of the organism may use only one or two treatments per year, using it twice for 25 days and 6 months apart one from the other.
