How To Lose 15 Pounds In 15 Days, Full Diet Plan

In this article, we’re going to present you a 15-days diet plan based on eggs, meant for those who have problems with digestion or infected skin, but also for obese people. It is said that this diet is a great “cleaner” of the skin, and also reduces the absorption of fat in a natural way which in turn makes the skin more beautiful.

MONDAY

Dinner: 2 tomatoes or 2 oz. tomatoes’ puree, 2 boiled eggs, 1.2 kg of green salad (small one) or cucumbers, and two biscuits

TUESDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange, (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … NO bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 1 buttermilk or yoghurt, 2 toasts

Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 tomato (or 1 deciliter of tomato’ puree), 1 toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … NO bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, and 1 small lettuce

Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea

THURSDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 125g cottage cheese with a little milk fat (you can use mozzarella cheese), 1 tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 2 tomatoes and 2 oz. of tomatoes’’ puree, 1 apple, 1 toast

FRIDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … NO bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 200 g of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes), 1 egg, 1 tomato.

Eat normal during the weekend!

INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES

  • You can eat the foods hot or cold. It is important to take them in the correct order.
  • Do not drink alcohol!
  • Eat normally after five days, at least two days, but in balance. Repeat the diet two days later and so on for 3 times of 5 days; for a total of 15 days.
  • You will lose 2.5 – 5 kg after five days!
  • You can lose up to 15 kg in 15 days!
