I know that weight loss probably is the last thing on your mind at the moment. Holidays are coming, you are thinking where will you celebrate them, you are buying presents, thinking about the sales during Christmas and everything else. However, what happens after the holidays is that people put on weight and a decent amount of weight that is.

So, instead of going all radical after the holidays and panicking what you can do, I’ll share with you a drink that is great at helping you lose weight.

So, if you want to feel bloated and get some extra weight, and then buy new clothes because the old ones are not fitting you anymore, be my guest.

But if you want to shred some pounds out of you, stay with me.

Now, before I tell you the drink, I must warn you, this is a weight loss system that will flush everything out of you.

The good thing is that this is not some system where the drink replaces your meals and you are starving because you are not eating anything else.

No, this is not “a crash diet”.

You can drink this beverage every time before your regular meals.

Now, the question you are probably asking yourself is what you need? Right?

Well, the best part is you probably have all the ingredients already stacked in your kitchen.

You need apple cider vinegar, hot or cold water, raw honey and grapefruit juice.

Let’s assume that you stick to the regular three meals per day, so that means you need three glasses of the drink per day as well.

The first step starts in the morning before you eat your breakfast.

You want one cup of grapefruit juice, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 8 ounces of water.

Stir and drink.

Now, you can add one teaspoon of honey to the mixture, but I recommend you keep honey off for the morning drink.

Because there is a vast amount of vitamin C, this drink will help you burn fat as crazy.

And if you are exercising, even better.

The second step is before your lunch when I recommend you add one teaspoon of honey to the mix.

Drink the beverage as previously.

What you’ll find out after a day or two that you actually eat a lot less when drinking this beverage.

Last, but not least, before your dinner, drink another glass of the beverage.
