High blood pressure or hypertension is a very common cardiovascular condition that affects people of all ages. More than 40% of adults over 25 are affected with hypertension. This condition occurs when the blood passes through the arterial walls with greater force causing different health issues among which is also the heart disease. Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ -1 tablespoon ACV
  • Several tablespoons of water

Directions:

  • Slice the cucumber nicely
  • Peel and crush the garlic
  • Put the ingredients into a large glass bowl
  • Add the vinegar and water
  • Serve with mint leaves to taste
