1. Baking soda, lemon juice and grapefruit

Ingredients:

  • ½ glass of water;
  • 1 tsp of baking soda;
  • 1 lemon or grapefruit.

How to prepare it: dissolve the baking soda in the water and then add the lemon or grapefruit juice. Stir it well to dissolve the ingredients. Consume it on an empty stomach 20 minutes before breakfast.

2. Baking soda and apple cider vinegar

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp of baking soda;
  • 1 glass of water;
  • 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar.

How to prepare it: mix the ingredients in a glass and consume it on an empty stomach.

3. Baking soda with fruits

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water;
  • 2 lemons;
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves;
  • 1 cup of strawberries.

How to prepare it: mix the ingredients together, but do not put sugar in it, consuming it 2 times a day and include ice if you want it cold.

Cut the usage of sugar and flour and include more baking soda into your diet. Moreover, in order to strengthen your body, you can exercise more often.
