Egg shells are also abundant in numerous other vitamins and minerals, such as: copper, iron, zinc, phosphorus, manganese, fluorine, molybdenumandchromium. There are numerous experts who recommend egg shells as an effective supplement of calcium and minerals. Make sure you don’t overuse them since it is only recommended to consume 1.5 to 3 grams of ground egg shells a day.

1. To strengthen the organism and to clean the blood
First, take five egg shells. Then, crush them well and put them in 3 liters of water. Keep this mixture in your fridge for 7 days before you use it. Take it instead of water, but drink only two or three glasses of this mixture a day. If you want to improve its taste, you can add lemon juice.
2. Thyroid gland
Take 8 egg shells. Wash them and crush them well until you get a fine powder. Squeeze 2 lemons on the ground egg shells. Keep this mixture in the fridge for several days. When you’re sure that the shells are diluted, strain the liquid and mix it with 1 liter of Rakia (Schnapps) and 1 kg of honey. Leave this mixture to rest for 7 days before using it. You should consume 1 teaspoon two to four times a day after meals.
3. Gastritis and ulcer
Crush several washed egg shells well. Put the quantity that fits on top of a kitchen-knife or ¼ of a teaspoon. Mix this quantity with two tablespoons of lemon juice. When the shells dilute, add one deciliter of warm milk. Use this mixture twice a day: on an empty stomach in the morning and before you go to bed.
