EATING FRUIT ON EMPTY STOMACH

In this article, we’re going to present you a quite an “un-orthodox” way for treating terminally ill cancer patients invented by Dr. Stephen Mak. Numerous patients have already recovered and claim to have no problems at all! He used solar energy in the past and managed to clear the illnesses of his patients, but now he has a new method and he believes on natural healing in the body against illnesses. “As of late, my success rate in curing cancer is about 80%. Cancer patients shouldn’t die. The cure for cancer is already found – it’s in the way we eat fruits. It is whether you believe it or not. I am sorry for the hundreds of cancer patients who die under the conventional treatments.”

EATING FRUIT

When we buy fruits, we all wash them, cut them open and eat. We think it should be like that, but in this article, we’re going to show you that it’s not that easy as all of us thinks. We have to know “when” is the ideal time to eat fruits as well as what is the correct way of eating fruits?

Never eat fruits after your meals!

We should eat fruits on an empty stomach!

Eating fruits on an empty stomach will play a major role in the detoxification of your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss as well as other life activities.

Fruits belong to the group of some of the most important foods. Let see this example: you first eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit will be prepared to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so because of the bread taken before the fruit. In the meantime, the whole meal of bread and fruit rots and ferments. In that way it turns to acid.  When the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil. This is a definite proof that we should always eat fruit on an “empty stomach” or before your meals!

Here are some things people complain about: “Every time I eat watermelon I burp”; “When I eat a durian, my stomach bloats up”; “When I eat a banana, I feel like running to the toilet” etc. Recent researches show that these things won’t happen if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying of other food and produces gas and you feel like you will bloat! Greying hair, balding, nervous outburst and dark circles under the eyes “WON’T” happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach. Dr. Herbert Shelton claims thatthere is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body.  If you start eating fruits this way, then you have the “secret” of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness, as well as normal weight!

Every time you want fruit juice, try drinking only * fresh* fruit juice, and not in cans, packs or bottles.. Don’t even drink juice that has been heated up!  Don’t eat cooked fruits because you don’t get the nutrients at all, only its taste!  Cooking destroys all the vitamins. It’s always better to drink fruit juice from freshly squeezed fruits. Drink it slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. Another advice is to go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse or detoxify your body.  Eat fruits and drink fresh fruit juice during 3 days. You’ll look better than ever and everyone will notice!
