Visiting your dentist often is very important. Your teeth should be healthy and look good. We all know that the best way to remove tartar is going to the dentist, but you can also do that at home!
- Baking soda
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Dental pick
- Antiseptic mouth wash
Blend one tablespoon of preparing pop with ½ teaspoon of salt into the container. Dunk the toothbrush into the blend after you have wet it. Clean your teeth with it and spit. Perform the same procedure for five minutes.
Blend a glass full of hydrogen peroxide with some warm water and wash your mouth for one moment. Then spit and flush with some cool water.
Rub the yellow tartar from your teeth using a dental pick. Be careful and don’t rub the gums because it might chafe and harm them.
Flush your mouth using a sterile mouth wash and rehash each second day.
Other things that you can do into your oral health routine:
- Brush your teeth regularly using a soft brush and use vertical movements. Pay attention on the space between your gums and teeth.
- Floss regularly.
- Consuming spicy food stimulates salivary glands. In that way, the saliva cleans your mouth in a natural way.
- Fight bacteria using an orange peel rub on your teeth before going to bed and don’t rinse your mouth!
