- Banana tea
Bananas, and especially their peel are high in magnesium and potassium. While magnesium prevents sleep disturbances, the combination of potassium and magnesium will help relax the muscles.

Ingredients you need:
- 1 organic banana;
- A dash of cinnamon (optional);
- 1 small pot of water.
- Cut both of the ends of the banana and place it along with the peel in a pot with boiling water.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Pour the water into a mug with the use of colander.
- Add some cinnamon.
- Drink it 1 hour before going to sleep.
Why the sleeping pills are bad?
