In our article today, we’re going to present you a very efficient homemade remedy that will help you against rheumatism, joint problems, as well as arthritis! It was found by Ernst Günter,the famous German-American “father” of raw food, and author of the book “Living without illness”. According to him, this treatment is very efficient in cases of arthritis, gout, sciatica, rheumatism and other inflammatory and painful conditions of the joints, hips, fingers and toes, knees and painful heel. You just have to apply this remedy on the affected area!
Here’s the recipe!
- One potato
- One onion
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
First, soak 1 tablespoon of flaxseed in 3 oz. of water. Cook this mixture for ten minutes. You should get a nice and homogenous mixture. Remove it from heat after 10 minutes and let it cool down. At the same time, wash the potato and grind it, but do not peel it. You should also grind a medium size red onion. When the flaxseed mixture is cool enough, add the onions and potatoes and mix it all well. Strain the excess of liquid from the mixture.
How to use it:
In case you’re having any problems with your fingers or toes, just pour this mixture in your old socks or gloves and put them on your painful hands or feet. For other parts of your body, like the hips, spine, ribs, knees, etc. pour this mixture in a cheesecloth and apply it on the affected area! Then, wrap the whole area with some sort of bandage that will hold the compresstightly. Leave this compress overnight and rinse it with some soap and water in the morning.
Note: onion may cause redness and irritate your skin! Apply some cream or olive oil before you use this mixture on your skin. You may also consume fish oil supplements, which will help you with painful joints from the inside. Make sure you use this mixture until you get the optimal results.
