92 Alkaline Foods That Fight Cancer, Inflammation, Diabetes and Heart Disease

We’re all aware that there are new diets appearing almost every day, so people find it very hard to decide which one to try. The alkaline diet we’re presenting you here may be a little difficult to get into, but the end rewards more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a diet that helps with more than just weight loss, this is it!

What Is the Alkaline Diet?

The alkaline diet is also known as acid alkaline or alkaline ash diet. It is based around the idea of replacing acid-forming foods with alkaline foods to improve your health. As you metabolize foods and extract their energy (calories), they leave an ash like you were burning them. Acidic ash makes your body acidic and alkaline ash makes it alkaline. Acid ash makes you more susceptible to diseases and illnesses, whereas alkaline ash protects your body. Neutral acid has no effect.

Acidic ash foods include meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, grains, caffeine and alcohol, and consist of protein, phosphate, and sulfur. Alkaline foods are typically fruits, nuts, vegetables, soybeans, tofu and seeds, consisting of calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Neutral acids include natural fats, starches, and sugar. If you want to achieve alkalinity in the body, you can consume several foods from the acidic food list above, but, they still shouldn’t be making up the main part of your diet! Try to minimize these foods significantly while dramatically upping your intake of alkaline foods and then see just how your body responds!

This is how the body’s dealing with irritation or pain by attempting to remove it. It can often come as a result of infection or injury, so by alkalizing your body you are actually protecting it.

Alkalization influences and helps weight loss which is good at preventing diabetes and osteoarthritis.

This diet can make certain chemotherapy drugs more effective and less toxic. There are still researches that have to be done so that they can prove if changing acidity can actually prevent cancer, but consuming more fruits and vegetables is known to help.

This diet works so well is because of an increased consumption of healthy foods like fruits, vegetable, seeds and other greens while reducing or even completely removing processed junk foods. Try eating more of these foods and you’ll soon notice that you feel excellent and healthy!
