7 days – 7 kg less (Cucumber Diet)

The diet we’re presenting you in this article is called The Cucumber Diet. It is a 1 week diet based on consuming cucumber every day. You can use this delicious green vegetable for wellness treatments, some home beauty treatments and facial masks because it has very beneficial effects on the skin.

The diet lasts for 10 days. All you have to do is just follow the instructions and include certain foods in your daily diet. This diet may help you lose even 7 kg. The base of the diet is the cucumber, so you may eat one whenever you feel hungry!

Here’s the cucumber diet plan for a day:


  1. Breakfast:
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • 1 plate cucumber salad
  1. Snack:
  • 5 plums or 1 big apple or 1 peach (lower than 200 gr)
  1. Lunch:
  • 1 piece of toasted wheat bread with a bowl of cucumber salad

Here are the ingredients for cucumber diet salad: 400 gr of cucumber, 200 ml of sour milk or yogurt of your choice, salt and fresh onion.

Preparation: Peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces. Add salt and stir all well until the salt is completely dissolved.  Then, add the sour milk or yogurt and stir again gently. Add the onion and serve!

  1. Snacks:
  • Cucumber shake

Ingredients for cucumber shake: 1 cucumber, 1 apple and a hand of washed spinach.

Preparation: Put all the ingredients in blender and add some fresh ginger. Blend well. Pour it in a glass and drink it while it is fresh because leaving it for later will make it lose its healing properties.

Cucumber Nutrition: It contains vitamins and minerals, rich in fiber, magnesium, iron, calcium and vitamins C, E and B which make this shake the perfect choice for you and your body.

  1. Dinner:
  • Fruit of your choice (300 gr)
