The point is to avoid carbohydrates.

From Monday to Saturday avoid carbohydrates and in Sunday you can eat them for breakfast and lunch. Repeat this again, starting with Monday.

You CAN eat:

  • Any type of meat
  • Milk products, with less carbohydrates, feta, yogurt, cheese,
  • Vegetable, with green color- cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, spinach, celery, etc.
  • Eggs- fried with olive oil or boiled
  • Nuts- almonds, walnuts, peanuts (1 handful daily)
  • Water is the most important during the day, drink 2,5 liters of water

You CAN`T eat:

  • Bread or pasta
  • Fruits (except Sunday)
  • Potatoes, peas, green beans, soybeans, rice
  • Sweets and snacks
  • Mineral water or carbonated juices

On Sunday for breakfast you can eat potatoes, some fruit, rice, pasta but nothing sweet. If you need something sweet, you can eat some teaspoons of honey.

This diet melts the fats. Also,  for better results, physical activity is recommended.
